We understand that pricing can vary between ranches, but with us, it’s straightforward. .  .
Our whole beef package weighs approximately 400 pounds and is priced at $14.50 per pound.
Please note: 400 pounds of beef will fit into a 12 cubic foot freezer. Your cut and vacuum sealed beef will last you for at least 2 year in your freezer. 
This package includes a variety of the cuts listed below. If you’re interested, we can also include bones and organ meats in your package. 
Prime Steaks:
•Tenderloin Petite
•Porterhouse
•Ribeye
•T-Bone
Specialty Steaks:
•Flank Steak
•Sirloin Tip Steak (less tender than top sirloin but the most tender of the round cuts)
        •       Sirloin Steak
•Skirt Steak (ideal for carne asada)
•Round Steak (perfect for chicken fried steak)
•Top Round (great for London broil)
Roasts & Ribs:
•.     Sirloin tip Roast (or Sirloin Tip Steak)
        •       Sirloin Roast (or Sirloin Steak)

Ground Beef:
•Approximately 200 pounds of 8% fat ground beef in 1-pound packages.
